Post #2: Roses are Red and Paper Flowers are.... Paper

So you all are probably wondering how will I begin my crafting and baking journey. Well have I got the answer for you!!! I will begin this wonderful adventure in my life with a very "complicated" and "expert" level craft that many don't even dare to try.
I will be tangling with the art of paper flower making!!! (insert dramatic music)
Tools needed:
1) Two pieces of tissue paper
2) Scissors
3) Stapler
Now before I take you through the steps I thought I should show you what the final product should look like.

So lets begin!
Step 1: Fold your two sheets of tissue paper in half twice.
Step 2:Find the corner of the tissue papers with all the separated pieces and fold it to the opposite edge to make a triangle.
Step 3: Take your scissors and cut off the extra paper that forms a rectangle.
Step 4: Open the triangle up so it then turns into a square. Take your scissors and cut the fold so you end up with 8 separate squares.
Step 5: Fold paper accordion style and try to end up with at least seven or eight folds.
Step 6: Staple the center of the accordion folded paper.
Step 7: Cut the edges of the paper to begin the process of petal making. (I cut mine with a curved edge)
Step 8: Start to carefully separate the layers and fluff them up to start creating your final product.
Step 9: Show off you final product that you worked really hard on to your family.
Today's rating comes from my 15 year old sister Molly who gives this craft a 7/10.
Coming out of this challenge with 7 out of 10 rating and zero mental breakdowns means that this craft was a success!! Stay tuned for my next post everyone!!
