I know this is weird having two posts in a short time span but this is what happens when you are a procrastinator.  Now enough of taking about my awful procrastination lets talk about what this post is going to be about.
So I thought I would try something new on this blog.  If it turns out that it was a bad idea and I am disgusted by my choice I will revert back to my old ways. But if I enjoy this new change I will keep it this way forever and ever and ever and ever.  So this thing I want to try is a sneak preview post of what next weeks adventure will be.
Since I have not done a desert post since the Oscars ,#Leoisdawinner, I thought it would be nice to bring back the cooking portion of this blog.
So next week I will be tackling some delicious peanut butter cookies that I will probably mess up because I am a terrible chef. But we will just have to wait to find out. Stay tuned for next week!!

Hello everyone!!
If you couldn't tell by the title this week is another theme week.  Can you guess what it is??? OMG You are right it is Easter themed!!! So in honor of one of my favorite holidays I thought it would be fun to create an origami bunny.  So here is cool tutorial I found which was very well done by Origami Maniacs on Youtube.

Aren't they adorable?!?!?! Well if you didn't catch the supplies part of the video, don't you fear because I have got you covered.
Supplies:
 15cmx15cm sheet of paper
glue stick
Marker
Now it is time for the big reveal of my art.

Cute right?!?! Well I do have to say I am pretty impressed with myself.  When it comes to origami I am usually a mess but this is not to shabby I have to say. GO ME!!

Post #5: A big pile of ......goop.

Soooooooooo guys...... I am not proud of this weeks craft.  I will be honest and spare you all the suspense but this week was a fail.  I did something wrong and I am very sad with the outcome of this "craft".  So let's start from the beginning and how this all came to be.  I thought it would be fun to make this thing which is known as flubber.  If you all don't know what flubber is I will provide you with a picture.

Looks fun right?? Well while I was looking for flubber recipes I found one that you could make that also supplied as hand soap. IT SOUNDED SOO FREAKING COOL!!!!! So I decided to do this for my post this week.  Now instead of taking pictures through my step by step process I a going to post the video where I got all my instructions from. So this video is by Karina Garcia who did an excellent job of showing how to make this really cool project.

Doesn't that look awesome!?!?!?!? Now I am not going to completely abandon my picture taking so I will show you a picture of all the ingredients and my finished product.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup Shampoo (use whatever you have)
1/3 cup cornstarch
no said amount of Canola oil just don't add to much
2 drops food coloring

Finished product:

As you can tell by the amount on my hand (there was a lot more but I had to wipe it off so I could take the picture) and the goopy consistency in the bowl, I would say this conquest was a failure.  But my sister did say it smells good, so at least that's something.

Now that I have stopped laughing from the hysterical title I came up with all by myself( just kidding I found it online). So if you couldn't tell already, this weeks project is revolving around eggs a.k.a Nature's Fruit. "Why eggs? Why eggs?!?!?!", is probably the question you are dying for me to answer.  Well I don't like to keep the people waiting so my answer is that it looked easy and I had an opportunity to use that genius title. So without further ado, lets get started on making some nail polish marbled eggs.

Here is a little reference as to what mine will probably turn out like.

Supplies needed:

1 egg
Nail polish (Does not matter how many you use)
Plastic bowl filled up halfway with water

Step 1) Drop at least 3 drops of each nail polish into the water.  But make sure the brush is close to the water so the polish doesn't immediately fall to the bottom of the bowl.

Step 2) Roll egg around in water until it is covered in the design. Shout out to my hand for being able to make time in its insane schedule to make a special cameo in this weeks post.

Step 3) Marvel in the "beauty" of the masterpiece you just created.

So........ that went interestingly.  I do have to say I did have a couple of meltdowns so that is something I am not proud of.  But anyway lets get to this weeks rating.  My 12 year old brother gave me an 8 of 10 rating this week.  Which is weird because this week was a definite failure.  But I still have hope for next week! Thanks for reading!!
